- Students must complete the online application.
- Aoyama Gakuin University online application form must be submitted with the following supporting documents:
study plan, letter of recommendation, official certificate of enrolment, English proficiency certificate, official academic transcript, certificate of physical condition, identical photograph, certificate of eligibility, information for tutor, and an original bank statement.
