There are three admission intakes each year for the IUP in International Relations UGM:

  • Regarding English language requirements, applicants may choose (1) to submit an English language certificate through the application system or (2) to take the ACePT test according to the schedule given.
  • Pay a non-refundable application fee. Follow the payment instructions on your account.
  • Print your application form. If you can not print the application form or get a notification that your online application has failed, you can contact the Directorate of Education and Learning UGM at +62-811-294-1949 (WhatsApp) or send an email to umugm@ugm.ac.id to submit your complaint.
  • Registration cards can be printed on the day stated on your account.
  • Each applicant is only allowed to register at 1 Faculty during the same intake period. If you have locked your application data and then registered at another Faculty, the registration at the previous Faculty will be automatically canceled.
