There are three admission intakes each year for the IUP in International Relations UGM:

The entire registration process is done through the UM UGM website.

  • Register an account for the application on the UM UGM website.
  • Fill in and complete the online application and upload the documents below:

For applicants who graduated in 2023 and 2024

  1. Colored photograph with white background (jpg),
  2. Family Card (pdf),
  3. ID Card (KTP/Driver’s (pdf),
  4. License/Passport/Student Card) (pdf),
  5. High school academic report from grade 10 to 12 (pdf),
  6. High school graduation certificate or SAT/A-Level/International Baccalaureate or other equivalent certificate (pdf),
  7. A valid certificate of English proficiency (select one): TOEFL iBT min. 61/TOEFL ITP min. 500/IELTS min. 6.0/AcEPT min. 268) (pdf),
  8. Statement of document authenticity (download here(pdf).

For applicants who have yet to graduate

  1. Colored photograph with white background (jpg),
  2. Family Card (pdf),
  3. ID Card (KTP/Driver’s (pdf),
  4. License/Passport/Student Card) (pdf),
  5. High school academic report from grade 1st – 5th semesters (pdf),
  6. Certificate of Enrollment from current high school(pdf),
  7. A valid certificate of English proficiency (select one): TOEFL iBT min. 61/TOEFL ITP min. 500/IELTS min. 6.0/AcEPT min. 268) (pdf),
  8. Statement of document authenticity (download here(pdf).
  • Regarding English language requirements, applicants may choose (1) to submit an English language certificate through the application system or (2) to take the ACePT test according to the schedule given.
  • Pay a non-refundable application fee. Follow the payment instructions on your account.
  • Print your application form. If you can not print the application form or get a notification that your online application has failed, you can contact the Directorate of Education and Learning UGM at +62-811-294-1949 (WhatsApp) or send an email to umugm@ugm.ac.id to submit your complaint.
  • Registration cards can be printed on the day stated on your account.
  • Each applicant is only allowed to register at 1 Faculty during the same intake period. If you have locked your application data and then registered at another Faculty, the registration at the previous Faculty will be automatically canceled.
