Abstract/Notes The minority problem of Rohingya has been going on for years and still has not shown the sign of its ending. The two main actors in this conflict are the government of Myanmar that holds the highest authority in the country and of course the minority group Rohingya that has been the issue of the conflict. The conflict that has been going on since the early days of Myanmar’s independence and still no sign of ending is certainly interesting to discuss. Focusing on this matter, the writer sees that the attitude of the government of Myanmar shows to Rohingya’s minority problem becomes the key factor affecting the dynamics of the conflict all these years. From the start, the government of Myanmar had not shown negativity until in the end they showed an aggressive attitude towards Rohingya. To analyze how the attitude of the government of Myanmar has affected this problem, the writer will use the triangle of conflict that also focuses on the other factors such as behavior and context/contradiction. The writer will analyze how these three factors affect each other, moreover how the government of Myanmar would slowly show the attitude that we have been seeing all these years.
