Graduate Program in International Relations
The Graduate Program in the Department of International Relations, Universitas Gadjah Mada is founded in 2002. The first Master program that we offered is Master of Arts in International Relations (MAIR). In 2007 to 2009, we developed 3 (three) concentrations for the MAIR program, (1) International Politics, (2) International Development and Cooperation, and (3) International Peace Studies. The latter was specifically developed as a result of collaboration with the UN University for Peace (UN-Peace).
In 2012, we introduce two Master programs, Master of Arts in Global Humanitarian Diplomacy (GHD) and Master of Arts in Global Trade Diplomacy (GTD). Lastly, we opened a new Master programs, Master of Arts in Digital Transformation and Competitiveness (DTC) in 2022.
Currently, we do not offer international graduate program. By default, courses will be delivered in Indonesian language (regular program). We opened the admission period once a year. The first semester will start at August.
