International Political Economy
Riset di bawah tema Politik Ekonomi Internasional mempelajari mengenai beragam cara aktor, lembaga, dan proses politik membentuk sistem yang menjadi wahana terjadinya interaksi-interaksi ekonomi, dan sebaliknya bagaimana aktor, lembaga dan proses ekonomi memengaruhi struktur dan kondisi politik. Dalam mempelajari hubungan tersebut, riset diarahkan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai masalah, konsep, dan teori di ranah pembangunan dan kerja sama internasional, politik ekonomi global, politik perdagangan dan keuangan, diplomasi bisnis dan rantai nilai global.
Research under the theme of International Political Economy studies the various ways political actors, institutions, and processes shape the system in which economic interactions take place, and conversely how economic actors, institutions, and processes influence the political structure and outcome. In studying this relationship, research is oriented toward exploring issues, concepts, and theories in the realms of international development and cooperation, global political economy, politics of trade and finance, business diplomacy and global value chain.
