In The Press (IIS) is a research institute under the Department of International Relations, Universitas Gadjah Mada, whose purpose is to advance the study of International Relations by carrying out a comprehensive and broad research program. Founded in 2010, IIS provides analysis on current issues, conceptually and policy-wise, thematic databases, consultations and recommendations, aimed at policymakers, research communities, media and interested public. In addition, IIS also engage in advocacy and campaigning activities on various issues in accordance with its mission. The working languages of the Institute are Bahasa Indonesia and English.
